SCOPE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

The scope of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is binding for all activities affecting quality and all departments/personnel performing them and covers all products.

In the organization of DEMİSAŞ; All activities that affect the ability and responsibility to provide products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements are included. No part can be canceled or transferred to third parties without the approval of the management.

All parts produced in Demisaş A.Ş. are made in accordance with customer technical drawings. Therefore, the designs are determined by the customers. These determined designs are transferred to technical drawings and delivered to Demisaş at the beginning of new part production. The production of the part without technical drawing is not done by Demisaş A.Ş. Therefore, it is exempt from Article 8.3 (for details, see Section 8).

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SCOPE

The Environmental Management system covers both factory and head office activities.

Geographical Coverage:

Factory: DEMİSAŞ A.Ş. factory is located in the industrial zone of Vezirhan Town and agricultural activities are not carried out in its immediate vicinity. Wood material production facility in the south and approximately 500 m. Near Vezirhan Town, paper production factory in the north, gas stations in the east, one adjacent and one across the road, and approximately 200 m. There is Karasu Stream to the east and a cement factory beyond.

Headquarters: DEMİSAŞ A.Ş. The head office is in the area where the industrial facilities are located and in the same area as the SARKUYSAN Pipe Factory. Except for office activities and general emergencies, it has no physical impact and is affected by the activities carried out by SARKUYSAN. The activities carried out by the head office employees are included in the Environment and Energy Management systems.

SCOPE OF ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Within the scope of ISO 50001 Energy management system, the central office is not located as a location, its effects as an activity are evaluated.

SCOPE OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Within the scope of ISO 45001 Occupational Safety management system, the central office is not located as a location, its effects as an activity are evaluated.
